Oops! Try Again

A song about iteration and learning from mistakes - teaching that failures are just steps toward success

Leo stacked his blocks up high, reaching for the sky, Tower wobbled left and right, blocks began to fly! CRASH! They tumbled to the floor, scattered all around, But Leo smiled and said, "I know what I found!"

Oops! Try again — try a smarter way! Each fall teaches something new today! Oops! Try again, mistakes are fine, They teach us how to make it better every time!

"This time I'll make the base more wide, So the tower has more room inside. Big blocks on the bottom, small ones on top, Let's see how high before it stops!"

Higher, higher, up it grew, steady as could be, "I did it!" Leo shouted, "Look at what I see! I learned from when it fell before, Now my tower's stronger than it was before!"

Oops! Try again — try a smarter way! Each fall teaches something new today! Oops! Try again, mistakes are fine, They teach us how to make it better every time!

When your puzzle piece won't fit, you try another spot, When you run too fast and trip, you slow your hurried feet, Every "oops" is showing you the trick you hadn't got!

So when something doesn't work, don't pack up and stop! Try once more — but watch your wobble, watch your tower's top! The only real mistake is when you don't try something new!

Oops! (That's okay!) Try again! (Every day!) Oops! Try again, mistakes are fine, They teach us how to make it better every time!
