Greek Letters in Physics

All 24 Greek letters from Alpha to Omega, paired with the physics quantity each one stands for — fine structure, particle physics, wavelength, curvature, the golden ratio, and resistance.

Alpha's fine structure's key, Beta particles break free. Gamma rays shine energy bright, Delta shows a change in flight.

Epsilon is very small, Zeta functions count them all. Eta measures thick or thin, Theta shows the angle's spin.

Iota's just a tiny dot, Kappa's curvature we've got. Lambda is a light wave's length, Mu gives friction all its strength.

Nu tells how fast things vibrate, Xi shows how things correlate. Omicron's a simple round, Pi makes circles go around!

Rho tells how dense things are, Sigma adds from near to far. Tau is time things take to decay, Upsilon mesons in particle play.

Phi's the golden ratio's key, Chi tests probability. Psi's a waving quantum sea, Omega is resistance, see!

From Alpha's start to Omega's end, Greek letters are the physicist's friend!
